Introduction

Aevum offers four named Plans at launch. Each Plan is a defined approach to a specific long-horizon question, structured around the instruments most likely to deliver on the question, and built to coexist with the other three Plans rather than compete with them. Most families we work with eventually engage with two or three of the Plans across their lifetime. A few engage with all four. The Plans are not packages to be purchased; they are frameworks for the conversations we have with you.

Each Plan follows the same internal structure when you read it: the problem the Plan is built to solve, a scenario that anchors the conversation in real numbers, the financial instrument or instruments the Plan uses, the mechanism by which the instrument addresses the problem, the projected numbers where projections are appropriate, the legacy outcome the Plan is designed to produce, and the next step you would take to begin the conversation. This consistency is deliberate. It teaches the Aevum way of thinking and makes each Plan easier to absorb than the last.

The Property Plan

How a single financial instrument can fund the home you own today, and the homes your children will inherit tomorrow.

The Education Plan

How to fund a Canadian child's post-secondary education in full, using the RESP framework, federal and provincial grants, and complementary instruments.

The Retirement Plan

How to convert a working life of savings into reliable retirement income, with attention to tax efficiency, longevity risk, and the integration of all available sources.

The Legacy Plan

How to transfer wealth to the next generation on your terms, efficiently, and with attention to the tax consequences that erode estates by default.
